Delivery Information (UK)
Teddy's team will dispatch orders using Royal Mail or a chosen courier service for dog beds and cushions (usually within 1-2 working days). Please note that Teddy's team don't dispatch on weekends, bank holidays or any other public holiday. Please allow up to a week for delivery after dispatch.
International Shipping
Europe:
Large Items (Beds, Cushion, Carriers) £15.00
Small Items (Leads, Collars, Coats, Bow Ties, Toy Bones) £10.00
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, in reality it's usually pretty quick!
Outside of Europe:
We'd love to ship to you. Please email hello@teddymaximus.com for a bespoke quote so we can find the best value option for you.
If any items are not in stock, Teddy's team will email you with an estimated delivery date when you place the order.
Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.
