UK Delivery

Standard Delivery is free for orders over £100 or £3.99 for those
under £100.

Delivery can take up to 5 working days and we ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting our our team to chase your order.

Please note that personalised items will take slightly longer to arrive - please allow another working day. If you have ordered a personalised item, we are making this especially for you - it is therefore non returnable. 

Please kindly note, ‘working day’ does not include weekends or bank holidays.

We would love to offer our express delivery service to all areas, however, we cannot guarantee certain UK
postcodes such as: Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Postage charges are individually quoted at checkout based on the item's weight - express courier options available and calculated at checkout 

New Rules for European Countries: import VAT/customs duties and handling fees may be due when the goods arrive  in your country and are your responsibility. If these are refused at point of entry and the item is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the cost of postage/return postage. 

For unsuitable items, you are responsible for returns postage charges.


If any items are not in stock, Teddy's team will email you with an estimated delivery date when you place the order.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.

USA, European & International Delivery

We are pleased to ship internationally and your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the item's weight.

Standard Delivery can take up to 14 working days and tracking can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that customs are taking longer to clear items in Europe following Brexit.

Express options are also available.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges, etc. as required by your country for importing consumer goods.

We do not collect this beforehand and charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Our Returns Policy

At Teddy Maximus we want to ensure that you select the right product for you and your dog. This means you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the item we will refund or exchange it providing it is returned unused and unworn and within our returns period of 14 days.

Returns are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return in the event proof of postage is required.

If you have ordered a personalised item, we are making this especially for you - it is therefore non returnable (unless faulty). 

Any import duties and fees are the responsibility of the sender - we cannot cover these and if we are invoiced for them, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

To receive a refund or exchange on your order, the product must be in its original condition with all original protective packaging included. This includes original tags and labels which must remain attached.

The product must be unworn and returned in the same condition for Teddy Maximus to be able to process any refunds or exchanges.

If you'd like to exchange an item, please put a note in your return with the item you'd like to exchange it for.

Once your return has been received please allow up to 5 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation once processed.
