What size Teddy Maximus dog carrier should I choose for my Dachshund?
We usually recommend a size small for Dachshunds up to 4.5kgs, a medium up to 8/9kgs and a large up to around 9/10kgs. Your dachshund should be able to stand, turn and lie down fully supported without curving their back.
Is the Teddy Maximus dog carrier suitable for puppies and adult Dachshunds?

How do I clean and care for a Teddy Maximus dog carrier?
For a quick clean, spot-clean the exterior, vacuum any fur, and follow the care label for our totes with removable liners. Allow to air dry fully to keep the padding fresh and supportive.
For a deeper clean, our carriers with webbing handles can be put in the washing machine on a gentle cycle (no more than 30 degrees celcius), 400-600rpm spin, then air dry. Re-shape whilst damp.
