Normal service resumed this morning with my Grandpa and I racing out of the street and taking to the well heeled path of our typical Sunday route. Once away from home, there was simply no rush in either of us which allowed us to truly appreciate the early morning stillness. Thankfully a bit of sun peeked through the blanket of grey above. After we had seen the sights we took an equally slow walk back home for breakfast and to take the weight off. Wonderful.

Hi all, it’s Charlie here. It’s my 6th birthday today 🥳 Well it’s the date my humans gave me when they brought me home from the rescue place and gave me my happily ever after 🩵
I’ve had a very busy day so far. I went on a train for the first time 🚆 and I was a very good boy ☺️ I went with my sisters to London for our cardiology appointment and I got the best present there when they said my heart is still healthy ❤️ My sisters’ hearts have murmurs but they haven’t got any worse so that’s good.
Then when we got home I had presents 🎁 and yummy birthday cupcakes 🧁 from rudisthedoggybakery

Can you believe my mom just compared my serious face to a middle-aged man who’s stressing over his hairline, or a tough 🍑 army sergeant ready for duty? Well, excuse me while I strike a pose and work on my passport photo face! 😐
I mean, can you blame me for looking serious? Can’t say very nice things about today’s weather or mom’s discipline, which seems to be running away while she’s busy having her coffee and sneaking bites of that chocolate cake at lunchtime! 🙈

Great harness which I purchased in the sale (size xs) for my 8 week old long haired dachshund. He is 14 weeks now and the harness is just starting to get a little snug so will be purchasing a larger size. He is able to run, sleep and even had a dip in the sea whilst wearing it.

Absolutely love this bag! Not only is it so stylish it’s comfy for my dog too. Inside is lined which can be removed to wash and there are zip pockets for treats, pop bags and water. Comfortable to carry too!
