UK Delivery

Standard Delivery is free for orders over £150. £3.99 for small parcels under £150 or £5.99 for larger items under £150.

Delivery can take up to 5 working days and we ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting our team to chase your order.

Please note that personalised items will take slightly longer to arrive - please allow another working day. If you have ordered a personalised item, we are making this especially for you - it is therefore non returnable. 

Express Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days.

We would love to offer our express delivery service to all areas, however, we cannot guarantee certain UK
postcodes such as: Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and the Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Postage charges are individually quoted at checkout based on the item's weight - express courier options available and calculated at checkout 

New Rules for European Countries: import VAT/customs duties and handling fees may be due when the goods arrive  in your country and are your responsibility. If these are refused at point of entry and the item is returned to us, you will be refunded minus the cost of postage/return postage. 

For unsuitable items, you are responsible for returns postage charges.

If any items are not in stock, Teddy's team will email you with an estimated delivery date when you place the order.

Some parcels will require a signature on arrival therefore when ordering you must state a delivery address where someone will be present. In the event that no one is available to sign for the goods and a signature is required, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information.

USA, European & International Delivery

We are pleased to ship internationally and your shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the item's weight.

Standard Delivery can take up to 14 working days and tracking can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Please note that customs are taking longer to clear items in Europe following Brexit.

Express options are also available.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, duties, taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges, etc. as required by your country for importing consumer goods.

We do not collect this beforehand and charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Our Returns Policy

Returns:
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, however, if you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in the condition they were received, with their original tags attached. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods. We are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless faulty.

Return Instructions:
To return your product, please mail your product to Teddy Maximus, Penridge, Ashford Hill Road, Berkshire, RG19 8AA

Your item is shipped from the UK and must be returned to the UK. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning your item from outside the U.K, please mark your item as a ‘return’. We cannot cover import duties if incorrectly levied on your parcel.

Sample sale items (seconds & samples) are one off pieces and sold as seen via Instagram stories and non returnable.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place and new order. 

As part of our ongoing sustainability journey, we produce in very small batches - so we advise reordering the size you need as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. We are unable to refund personalised items or items that have been visibly used (unless faulty).

Late or missing refunds:

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
