Place the carrier open at home with a familiar blanket and treats inside. Put the carrier on the floor where you like to chill together, when they've had plenty of exercise and want to rest. Let your dog explore inside first, then take short trial trips to start, gradually increasing duration to build positive associations. They'll soon love it as their 'go-to' happy place!
For a quick clean, spot-clean the exterior, vacuum any fur, and follow the care label for our totes with removable liners. Allow to air dry fully to keep the padding fresh and supportive.
For a deeper clean, our carriers with webbing handles can be put in the washing machine on a gentle cycle (no more than 30 degrees celcius), 400-600rpm spin, then air dry. Re-shape whilst damp.
