We took a break from Teddy Maximus HQ this weekend to discover a dog friendly cafe called 'Paws for Coffee'!

A short walk away from Hampton Hill and dog walkers paradise Bushy Park (the second largest Royal Park in Greater London), Paws for Coffee is run by dog expert Louise Rawlinson. Louise already has a very successful dog walking/sitting/boarding business called Sociable Canines. The cafe was something Louise had wanted to do for some time and in March 2016 she first opened it's doors!

This cafe literally has everything you could possibly think of for a relaxing cuppa with your pooch. From specially designed tables which allow you to hook your dog lead through, blankets and water bowls to a very special dog menu - there's no excuse not to pamper your pooch here!

What's more, Paws for Coffee offers so much more than any other cafe. Louise has expertly created a sanctuary for dog owners (and non dog owners) to enjoy each others company. A Community Board details the latest dog meet ups, book clubs, social walks and dog training sessions. 

So, the food! Where to begin. A fantastic selection offers something for everyone - from delicious smoothies and drinks, tasty toasted specials to locally produced cakes. We ordered Avocado with crispy bacon on sour dough toast, hot chocolate (with cream and marshmallows), carrot cake and a 'Puppacino' for Teddy. 

What goes into a Pupacino... Goats milk and treat sizes pieces of black pudding of course. Wow, what a treat! 

We met lot's of gorgeous dogs and their very happy owners, including Dixie the Dachshund. Here she is with her owners, enjoying a bite to eat! 

And of course you don't have to be a dog owner to visit. Simply pop in to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and wonderful food. You'll be welcomed by Louise and her lovely team. Hampton is one lucky place to have this cafe in town!
