We've long adored (to pardon the pun) the updates from Jaime and her pooches, it's hard to resist the dashing looks of Severus and the pack who live on the Isle of Wight surrounded by some of the country's best beaches. Along with her Dachshunds Lily and Severus, Jaime also has three other family dogs.

Jaime has had great success at shows including recent experience at Crufts, we wanted to find out more, so we spoke with them this week!

We were delighted to catch up with veterinary surgeon Dr Marvin J.Firth on the launch of the first regular London clinic for dogs (plus the occasional cat too!) specialising in chiropractic and acupuncture. Not only has Marvin built an international reputation for his canine and equine services, he is the official Veterinary Surgeon for Polo on the Beach and often undertakes charity work and promotion for equine and canine causes....we just had to find out more (oh and did we mention he's super down to earth too - *swoon*!)

Joanna and Mike first met almost 10 years ago. Their romance blossomed after being friends for 7 months and prompted by friends that the chemistry was clear, the rest is history!

Their wedding took place in the dog friendly Moonraker Hotel in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire.

A Teddy Maximus Bow Tie in Sand Shetland Wool was the accoutrement of choice for their special pooch Chester - doesn't he look fab! We caught up with Joanna to hear all about it!

So you've decided to get a puppy, congratulations! We're super excited for you. But before we get carried away, are you ready for dog ownership? Like REALLY ready? Poo, mess and all?

As the inspiration behind the brand, Mr Teddy Maximus himself has brought incredible joy to our lives at HQ with the cutest little nose, huge lion paws and the softest fur (it still is). But guess what, even if it is love at first sight the reality involves toilet training, obedience training and shifting your priorities.

So if you've thought this through amongst many other considerations we can't wait to meet your new little bundle of fluff! You'll soon be thinking "how did we ever live without you" (yes, even when your fav pair of 'Choos become chews!) READ ON TO FIND OUT MORE...

Luxury Dog Carrier

For dog owners on the go a carrier is the perfect solution! Not only can you travel in quintessential British style with one of our fabric dog carriers, they also unzip all the way and double as a handy bed.

There are many great reasons to invest in a dog carrier...

1. Holidays & Weekend Breaks - carriers are a cosy way to travel whether by car (remember to always use a seat belt), helicopter or even private plane! Your pooch will be the envy of every dog as they snooze away the hours. Remember to always check ahead for the regulations of each travel provider as they can vary.

Teddy says "One of my favourite places to stay is the very dog friendly Salcombe Harbour Hotel. For my latest journey I chose the Sand Shetland Wool carrier which saw me snooze from London to Devon"
